This method is effective if the error was caused due to an unresponsive task or process that is part of the operating system, or due to another app which took over the resources of your device, as it will close all the processes, and reopen them again, when you turn on the device.

To address the error code 911 issue when installing apps through Google Play, log out from and log back in to your Google account. To do that, follow the steps below:
It is possible that the Internet connection you are connected to is the reason for the Google Play error code 911. For example, you may have lost Internet access while trying to install the app.
If you are connected to Wi-Fi, try connecting to another Wi-Fi network or mobile data, and vice versa. Also, every time you switch between connections, restart the Google Play Store app and try installing the app.

If apps are installed to the micro SD card, you may want to change the storage location to the device's internal memory. It is always recommended that apps are installed in the internal memory, since serious issues may arise if the micro SD card gets damaged.
You can change the storage location from your device's app manager, when you open an app. On some devices, the storage location can be changed if you open the app through the app manager, and change it from within the storage section.
If the micro SD card is indeed damaged, you will need to replace it.
Maybe the currently-installed version of your device's operating system is the cause of error code 911. Note: When you update a mobile device, make sure that it won't run out of battery power, to avoid damaging your device. It is safer to, connect your device to the charger (if you update it via laptop, plug the laptop's AC adapter in a power outlet).
