If you are subscribed to an Internet plan that has a monthly traffic (data) limit and you are unable to connect to internet, check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or operator (telephone company) whether you have exceeded the limit or not. Usually the ISPs have websites where the subscribers can check their monthly traffic.
If you are not sure how to check your montly traffic by yourself, you can always ask the ISP to tell you if you've exceeded the monthly data limit.
If you don’t receive the email in the next 2 minutes please check your junk folder, and add [email protected] to your safe sender list.
