As a way to fix this issue, try "forgetting" the Wi-Fi network and reconnecting to it again. Follow the steps below, if you are not sure how to remove a Wi-Fi connection (and, later, reconnect to it):

1. Go to the start menu and type cmd. Once the command prompt (cmd) appears, right-click on it and choose Run as Administrator.
2. Type netsh wlan show profiles
3. Type the following line to remove (forget Wi-Fi networks) and press enter:
   
   netsh wlan delete profile name=[name of the profile]
   e.g. netsh wlan delete profile name=David
   
   
4. Repeat the same process for all the networks.
5. Reconnect to the networks by entering the passwords.

The ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE may also be fixed if you forget the Wi-Fi network you are connected to, i.e. delete it, and reconnect to it again. To do that, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the notification area (in the bottom, right-hand corner of the screen) and click on Network settings;
2. Click on Manage known networks;
3. Select the network you want to forget and click on Forget;
4. Reconnect to the network, by entering its password.
