It is great that you are going to be a mother and you have so much to do and to think about yet that one day you can realise that you were not doing your favourite things for weeks. So make a rule for yourself to spend at least 2 hours per day just for yourself. You can read a book (e.g. there are many books on how to control your emotions) or go to a salon or anything else you really enjoy.
Everyone who was ever pregnant would tell you that it's just impossible to be calm and rational 24/7 during your pregnancy. So just know that it's completely normal to be too happy or too sad, or too worried sometimes. And these emotions can change one another too fast. So just observe them and understand the reason for them.
You can talk online or meet somewhere in a cafe with other pregnant women and discuss your experience. You all will feel relieved after it, because you will understand that those are common effects.
Don't get mad on your partner when he or she doesn't understand how to support you. Better try to explain how you feel and what kind of support you would like to get in different conditions.
