Some situations are really disgusting. And if you feel disgusted and other people don't, maybe they are just more used to the situations like that or they have a completely different lifestyle. So, analyse the situation and maybe you will understand that your reaction isn't abnormal.
There are no proofs that disgustful people live healthier or longer life. So, since the disgust you may feel is useless and it can spoil your life easily, remind yourself that the disgust you feel doesn't help you at all, every time you feel too disgusted about anything, and it will become easier to you.
If you fantasise too much, everything can become disgusting. So just see what you see and take it like it is without any guesses about its past.
For example, when you eat a cream-soup, no one can guarantee that the beans didn't have a few worms inside and they could be all mashed together in your soup. No one knows that and it's too hard to control such things all the time. So just stop all the fantasies and eat that soup.
While looking at the picture above, some people would think "Wow, so much food", other ones would think "Oh my god, did she wash her hands?"
So the first ones have more easy-going and happy life just because they look at things in a positive way.
If you are afraid, you are too disgustful, maybe it's just because of the situations you meet. Tell your friend about the situation and ask if it's disgustful to him or her, too, and see if your reaction was really weird.
