Just know your limits. Whether in your personal or professional life, taking on more than you can manage is a right way to stress. So every time someone asks you to do something or you are thinking to yourself about what to do, stop for a second and ask yourself if you can handle it.
If you are trying to be good and helpful to everyone, it can be bad to you as well as for the ones you are trying to help, because you are just taking too much, so you won't be able to do it qualitatively. So just know when you need to say "no" and don't be afraid of saying it.
It can be very stressful if you are always busy and thinking about other people or your job. So, try to find some time just for yourself. You can read a book during this time or go to a salon or do anything else you enjoy.
