A lot of things in life are beyond your control — for example, the behaviour of other people. Rather than stressing out over them, focus on the things you can control such as the way you choose to react to problems like that.
People are very different and some people just don't fit in with each other. So, just don't try to break the natural system and if someone regularly stresses you out, limit the amount of time you spend with that person or end the relationship/friendship.
When you ask someone to change their behaviour because of your feelings or emotions, be willing to do the same for them. This is the best way to a life without stress.
