If you are spending time in a company of your friends or any other people and you feel that it's too hard for you because of your hard emotions, and you don't know how to control emotions at work, don't be afraid to leave and spend some time alone. It is your right and it is much better than staying there in a bad mood.
There are days when it seems that everyone is trying to annoy you. Take a moment and think to yourself, could it be true that everyone around you made a pact with each other for annoying you? Unlikely. So just understand that it's only in your head and try to be more empathetic and remember that controlling your emotions before they control you is much better.
If you know that there are a few hard days for you each month, try to make them as comfortable as you can. Wear comfortable clothes, spend time in places that make you happy, relax on a couch, listen to your favourite music, take a bath, read books on how to control your emotions, etc. This way it will be easier to stay in a good mood and your emotions won't get too hard on you.
If you inform your friends about your mood swings, there is a big chance that there won't be any hard situations. Everyone will understand and forgive you if you say something rude or do something weird because of your emotions.
Many women are too emotional because of their hormone disbalance during their period or a few days before or after it. It's totally normal, so don't think bad about yourself and just know that you are too emotional in such days.
If you know that each month you have a few hard days when you are too emotional, you might think about it too much and even when you probably would have a normal mood, you are too nervous anyway because of your thoughts. So just observe your emotions and don't make them up.
