A simple typo in the website's URL can be a reson for this error. In order to fix ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED, ensure that there aren't typos in the URL and then hit the search button.
Maybe the reason why you get this error when trying to visit a website is the website itself. In a situation like this, consider contacting the website's admin and let them know about this issue. Since you can't access the website and get the admin's details, search for them in a search engine (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.).
Maybe your router or modem, or both are the reason for the ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE error appeared. Try restarting the router and/or modem and check if it will do the trick.
It is possible that the current DNS settings (an issue with them, to be precise) are the reason for the ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error message.
Try updating the DNS settings using the ones of Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for IPv4 service, as well as 2001:4860:4860::8888 and 2001:4860:4860::8844, for IPv6 access).
