Updating your Adobe Flash to the newest version can fix many issues. Follow these steps to do so:
Your internet modem and WiFi router may sometimes have temporary issues that only show up when trying to upload data, and restarting them usually clears it up.
There might be a problem with your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Try again later or call their support line.
If your file is too large to get uploaded, simply reduce the file size. For example, if you need to reduce the file size of a picture, use a tool like Irfanview to rescale the image and /or save under a different format which reduces it's size.
For all other files compress it with a tool like 7 zip.
Check if you're still online, try searching something on Google for example.
Rebooting a device can fix many issues. Try uploading a file again, after the reboot.
