Update the applications installed in your mobile device
Phone keeps freezing? Are the installed applications up to date? If not, make sure that you update them. Application updates can provide enhancements and security improvements that may fix application-related issues (especially crashes). To check to see if there’s an update for applications, follow these steps:
Android: Tap on the Play Store icon -> Tap on My Apps to view your downloaded and installed applications ->Tap on Update (next to every application that can be updated or you can tap on Update All, to update all the applications installed in your device at the same time)
iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad): Tap on the App Store icon -> Tap on the Updates icon in the bottom right corner of the screen -> Select the application you want to update and tap on Update (or tap on the Update All button in the upper part of the screen, to update them all at the same time)
Note: Make sure to update all the applications regularly.
