Don't know how to back up my files (Files on mobile device)

You can easily back up files from your phone (eg photos, videos, music) by transfering them to your PC using an USB cable. Plug in the cable to your phone and to PC and follow these steps:

1. Once the cable is plugged in, a pop-up window should appear, open your phone in the File Explorer.
2. Locate the files you wish to transfer. They might be in Pictures folder, for exapmle.
3. Right click on them and select Copy.
4. Make a new folder on your PC by right clicking and selecting "New Folder" and then once you're in it, right click and select Paste.
5. Wait for the copying process to finish and you're done.

Google Drive is a free "cloud" tool, meaning you can save all your date online (in a cloud) and access it from any device with internet connection. It offers 10gb of space for free and you can purchase more if that isn't enough for you. Here is an Android and an iOS version.

3. Select the Google Drive icon.
4. Wait for the upload to finish, you're files are uploaded to a "cloud" meaning you can access them on any device by vising Google Drive.

Dropbox  is a free "cloud" tool, meaning you can save all your date online (in a cloud) and access it from any device with internet connection. It offers 10gb of space for free and you can purchase more if that isn't enough for you. Firstly, download the Dropbox app for your mobile device, here is an Android and an iOS version.
