- Open the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps below:
Press Windows key + X and click on Control Panel -> Click on Troubleshooting and click on View All - Click on Windows Store Apps troubleshooter designed to help you fix problems with Windows Store Apps. Follow the on-screen instructions and restart the computer once you are done.
Note: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset the parental control settings, too.
