Turn off the set-top box and turn it back on after a few minutes and then try scanning for channels. Alternatively, you can unplug the set-top box from the power outlet and plug it back in after a few minutes.
Maybe the antenna isn't plugged in the set-top box's input port (usually labeled as RF IN), which would explain why you can't find TV channels. Ensure that the antenna is firmly plugged in and try rescanning for TV channels.
