Take your device to a repair store

Use a different computer
0(0)0(0)Maybe the computer you are currently using is currently unable to process your request. Possible reasons include:
- Virus that has damaged the operating system to an extent that only reinstalling your operating system will help;
- The computer itself not being able to recognize your device (this is next to impossible);
- Archaic operating system version which is no longer supported.
In this case, what you can do is to install iTunes on another computer and try repeating the procedure there.
