File too large (Microsoft Office file)

If you want to reduce you Excel, PowerPoint or Word file, but don't know how, you can try an advice from the official Microsoft site here. There is a big possibility that you will find a solution there.

If your PowerPoint file is too large you can compress images in it, so you will reduce it's size. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the picture to bring up the Picture toolbar;
2. Click the compress picture button;
3. On the Compress Pictures menu: • Apply to: All pictures in document; • Change resolution: Web/Screen; • Options: Compress pictures and Delete cropped areas of pictures; • Click OK.

When everything else doesn't work, this trick has a big change to help you to reduce the size of a PowerPoint file.

1. On the Files menu, click "Package for CD";
2. Select a folder where the new file will be saved.

You will have smaller file in the end.
