Don't know which hardware I have on a Windows machine (Hard drive)

Use device manager
0(0)0(0)- Press Start key and R keys at the same time. Run window will open.
- Type in "devmgmt.msc"

Select Disk drives then right click the one with ATA in it's name and select Properties.

The name of your hard drive wll be the first thing you see under the General tab.
