Try each method of meditation you are interested in for a minute or two and choose the one that you like the most today.
You can change meditation method every time you feel bored from the one you practice now. They all give the same result, there are so much of them just because people are different.
Concentrate on the feelings in your body. Start with a very small area (nose tip, for example) and then move on through whole your body. No evaluation needed, just realise what each part of your body feels.
In some time of such practice, you will feel that your body in much more relaxed.
You can practice this method of meditation on the go if needed.
Breathing meditation is great for people with any level of experience in meditation (or no experience at all) as it's very easy to understand and works as good as other methods. Also, it is wonderful because you always breathe, so you have this object of meditation with you everywhere.
Just focus on feelings of your inhale and exhale, don't try to control your breathing, just feel it. You can do it on the go if you don't have time for formal meditation.
You can find someone who is experienced in a meditation method you've never tried. This person can teach you online or you can go to their classes of group meditation or individual lessons.
Just try to google yoga and meditation centres in your area and find the teacher you like there. After some lessons, you will be able to practice alone if you want.
Buy a membership in a meditation or yoga centre with different classes of meditation, choose the one in your area. You can also go for individual classes with different teachers in that centre if you don't like to practice in a group.
Just try as many meditation teachers as you want and find something interesting for yourself.
Try to meditate before sleep (you can do it right in your bad, just lay down with your back straight and relax) and while doing this think to yourself "I will be conscious while sleeping". In some time of practice, it will work and you will see the most beautiful dreams ever.
Just concentrate on the taste in your mouth while you are eating. Don't make any evaluations to the taste (good or bad, sweet or spicy), just open your mind and feel it. It is hard to concentrate on the taste for a long time first, but after some time of such practice, all food will taste like it tasted in your childhood.
