Don't watch/read news
There are not so much positive news per day, as all the other seem like the world failed. If you are already stressed, why to add more stress with the news? So, just stop watching and reading about them. Maybe one day you will realise that you were stressed just because of them.
Do at least one thing that makes you feel happy, every day. Watch movies that you like, go to concerts and plays, visit friends, etc. Don't do the same thing every day - better change them all the time. Even if you feel lazy because of that, make an effort and you won't regret.
Sometimes it happens that the stress is so hard that you can't reduce it without professional help. If it is your situation, don't be shy and find a psychologist to help you. You can find him or her in your area or online.
If you are stressed all the time, why not to make it easier, at least with your clothing? Love yourself and wear something that looks good on you and is comfortable at the same time. It will make you feel much more relaxed and happy.
Write three positive things that happened to you during the day, every evening, to your notebook or on a social network. It can be everything from seeing a beautiful butterfly to getting a new job. You will be surprised how this practice will change your view on life.
