Do you have a headache that lasts all day? Do you feel discomfort around the jaw? Temporomandibular joint disorder affects the joints located just in front of your ear, which connect the jaw to the skull.
Do you wonder how to soothe a headache? Exhale and hold for a few seconds. Close your jaw to relax the muscles and repeat 10 times. Once you can do this comfortably, you can assist the stretch by pressing down on your chin with the fingers of both hands or the angle between your thumb and hand. Open first, then exhale as you assist for two seconds.

The recommended adult dose of aspirin is 325 to 650 mg, every three to four hours as needed, up to six times per day. Be careful not to overdose, because it may cause nausea and vomiting, or in extreme cases hallucinations, seizure, coma, and even death due to cardiac arrest.
