- Increased hair growth
- Erection or Ejaculation problems
- Problems with testicles (pain, lump or swelling)
- Cancer treatment (surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy)
- Changes in sexual desire
The urologist will check:- Medical history and general physical examination
- Analysis of semen
- Scrotal ultrasound (for producing images inside your body).
- Post-ejaculation urinalysis
- Testicular biopsy
- Sperm function tests
- Hormonal testing
- Transrectal ultrasound
He may prescribe antibiotics if infection is found, perform a surgery (usually for varicocele), and give other medications for some other fertility-related problems.
