If you have been exposed to sun , you will probably get sunburns. But sometimes there are bigger problems that goes with sun exposure than redness , inflammation or itching.If you get sunburns that are really painful and have blisters you should go and see doctor.Also if you feel fever and chills or an upset stomach , you should definitely ask for medical assistance. You may also feel confusion or headaches, because you may have dehydration. All of those signs are very dangerous and may lead to heat stroke. Because of these if you have any of those symptoms, you should immediately visit doctor.
The sun is at its strongest between 10am and 4pm in almost every part of the world. Staying out of the sun between these hours decreases chances of a sunburn and reduces the potential severity if one is obtained
