Yellowstone National Park is situated over three states-Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho, and can be accessed through entrances near West Yellowstone, Cook City, Bozeman and, Livingstone. The park includes 290 waterfalls, around 300 geysers and more than 60 species of wildlife. Yellowstone is open during the whole year and offers different outdoor activities and amazing nature beauties.
Theodore Roosevelt National Park is located in western North Dakota. The park is named for the American president Theodore Roosevelt who was inspired by the beautiful nature of North Dakota. The park has long foot and horse trails and opportunities for camping and hiking. One of the most popular attractions in the park is wildlife viewing. The park is home to a wide variety of animals including feral horses, american bison, elk, mountain lions, mule deer, white-tailed deer, bighorn sheep and around 186 species of birds.
Mount Rushmore National Memorial is the most famous attraction in South Dakota. Nearly three million people visit this historical monument each year. Mount Rushmore is a sculpture of the heads of Presidents Theodore Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, and Thomas Jefferson.
