What are SoPros and SoSees?
SoSee is an abbreviation for Solution Seeker. Those users are looking for solutions to their problems.
The user who submits a solution is called the SoPro which is an abbreviation for Solution Provider.
Those terms only describe the current role of a user. Most users are both looking for solutions (SoSees) as well as helping others out (SoPros), for which they collect credits.
