Because power supply unit isn't connected to to your motherboard in any way for you to find out it's model name, you have to open the computer case and see it for yourself. Power supply unit looks like this:
Select Disk drives then right click the one with ATA in it's name and select Properties.
The name of your hard drive wll be the first thing you see under the General tab.
System manufacturer is the manufacturer of your motherboard and System model is motherboard model.
Select the + next to the Components section then select + next to Network section and under the "Name" label there's your Network card name.
Many CD-ROMs have device's name on them. Check for the text labels on on the CD-Rom that's in your computer case.
Open the computer case and see what kind of ram your computer uses. Just unscrew the screws on the back and take a look inside. Ram looks like this:
on it, you'll find the manufacturer's mame and model name.
If you want to find out more information about your monitor, it's model and serial number, turn it around and look if there's a sticker on the back that contains more information.
